The outfit we hired is owned and operated by a very tall and lanky fella with a pony tail. He appeared to be a few years younger than us so I don't think he is quite old enough to have attended the festivities in that famed New York farm town. Nonetheless, the company name and the owner did have a sort of symmetry.  :-)
